When I try to reset the remote to factory settings it fails I need help.

I tried all that no luck . It never worked for me. The reason I’m trying to reset is because my left stick without me touching it just gets triggered.

Hi. Sorry for the late response. If that the case, I would like to ask if you manage to do the RC calibration to see if your joysticks are working properly? Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for the support.

I already try to calibrate the sticks with the same results . I was waiting for the latest firmware update to see if that will fix my problem but sims like the controller maybe is bad

Send the remote back to dji . Was defective. They send me a new one .
