Anyone help me to resolve the issue of my drone not showing with my DJI forum profile?
I own a mavic air and its not showing in the profile of my. thanks in advance

Hi, Did you buy it new or used? if bought new when you activate it, it should show up on your profile but if used and laready activated it would not

have you being asked to activate the drone when you first opened it on the app, when the app and rc connects to the drone it should give you an activation process to follow

this the same email address/account you activated it on in the app?  because that matters.

that's interesting if you activated it on the same email/account it should appear... contact and admin here and request them to look into it.
