I was trying to download my log list with DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic V2.0.0 but got the following screen. Just repeating the process didn't resolve anything. Any ideas?

yes I just downloaded V2.02 and tried it again. Same result.

Hi Wanda, Tried another cable and it is the same result. Will buy a USB-C to USB-C cable soon and see if that solves the issue

just tried my other MacBook Air and it works. So it's either the USB-C to USB-C connection or maybe it's the fact that as an Apple Developer I'm running on the next version of MacOS. Let's see.

Alright. That's good to hear. You may try to upgrade your mac to the latest version. Please let me know also if you need more help.

Actually I’m one beta version ahead of you. So for that reason I’ll use the other machine for now and wait until this beta becomes the current public version.

OK, so I have now got 2.0.6 installed.

Still getting the failed to get log file error message, but the firmware update page gets the correct information.

Also failing is the calibration screen.

Currently running High Sierra 10.13.6

Ideas? and dont tell me to upgrade my OS.

Hey, I had this issue. When I instaled DJI Assistant on my imac, I had only one security prompt, when clicked on dji_assistant...pkg, but not when the additional app self instaled.
When I tried to same instal on my macbook, second promt poped up, asking permission.
Long story short, when instaling the DJI Assistant, open mac prefferances panel, and look for blocked permissions. At the bottom of Security and Privacy- General tab.

Thanks for the tip, but nothing showing as blocked under that tab

it happens because dji drivers are not signed by microsoft.

here is a step by step to solve it:
uninstall dji assistant
startup menu of windows, press shift key and then click restart.
troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, the PC will restart.
choose option 7 (start without microsoft drivers signature)
install dji assistant
download your logs

thats useless since issue is on Macs.
Same here. Cnt export logs, calibration fails.
Using latest Assistant verison.

I have the same issue. MacBook Pro 16 USB_C  to USB-C.  Tried 3 different data rated cables and none of the USB_C to C cables work- talk to the Mavic Air 2..  I can connect a USB-C / USB. to a USB-C / USB adapter and it will read storage files, firmware but Fails every time I try to download the Log files.  I've reinstalled app.  I have never seen a a blocked or any other permission on my Security & Privacy group. I installed it on my wife's MacBook Air (2012) USB and it worked fine.  Is the issue the cable or the computer or Mavic?  Tried support on DJI and got nowhere.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I have the same issue using Windows 10 and Matrice 300 RTK
