Hey, Guys.


I've noticed that the Mavic Air icon isn't showing up on my profile.
I've already tried syncing my flight data on the DJI App.
The Spark icon is showing up though.
Could it be that you have to initially activate the drone?


What I mean by this is I bought the Mavic Air from a friend who has just purchased the drone in March of this year.
I got it like a week ago, so that would make it like 6 months old.

So, I'm pretty sure he initially activated the drone.
Any thoughts on this?

You will only get icons for those that you have activated yourself with your account. Since you have bought a second hand one, you will not get the icon.

Mine doesn’t show either and it was bought brand new.

Mine is activated in the same account as my forum one and it still doesn't show. I have contact a number of admins to try and get help but no one has replied to me.

Can you please give me the email address you used and the serial number of your drone?

Perfect, b/c I am about to activate my new Dji Mavic Pro...

So there's no way to reactivate my drone?
Like a hard factory reset or something?

I'd really like to have the icon appear.
Plus, my flight distance isn't appearing due to this.

Thanks for the info.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the way to add it since it was already binded to the aircraft.

However,

There has to be a way to factory wipe out the data on the drone right?
If it was bound to the aircraft data, then that means it has some sort of memory.
And if it has memory or storage, that means it can be wiped.
