Osmo M2 + IphoneX + Filmic pro.

For some reason....the record button no longer activates record function in when using Osmo M2 and Filmic pro...  actually, no "software" functionalities work....I only need record...that one sucks.

I tried switchin to airplane mode and then back...that actually work and then not.

Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience that it caused. You mean you cannot record while using the Filmic pro? Did you try to use our DJI GO app to see if you can record to this application? Did you record using the application itself or have you tried to record using the button on the handle?

100% functionnal on DJi Go

The everything is functionning....but the Filmic Pro app does not react to buttoms being pressed on Osmo M2.   

The OsmoM2 is fully functionnal...just a frustrating software/communication problem
