Does anybody elses button spin after shutting off video. Can't take pictures till it stops. Reset everything to default and checked firmware   Running IPad Mini    Driving me crazy

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did it happen for too long? Do you have enough space on your SD card? May I know what type of SD card are you using?

I'm using SanDisk Extreme Pro 128G   The card is empty. While recording video when you go to take picture the video button just seems to spin and not able to take picture.  Probably 2 mins till it stops.  I reset camera settings without and differences.

May I know what specific model of Mavic do you have?

You probably already know this but the problem could be the iPad mini, if possible try with a newer device with a faster CPU. Something is definitely slowing things way down, I would start there or a different SD card..... you really don’t want to send the mavic in if there is nothing wrong with it....

It's Ipad Mini 4.  Everything works fine on P3P  Card is brand new

Could it be the cord from the M2P to the Ipad?  Also using Ipad Mini 4

After all the trouble I have hard with not able to take pics and video's very well. Found out card was writing 17mb/s that I got on ebay which is fake according to San Disk. Bought Extreme plus from best buy and everything is fine now.  Thanks for all the help
