Hi, i've just got my mavic pro and after seeing a lot of videos about it , a went to charge my controller and my battery. The controller was fine but the battery is not charging, it's not even showin any green lights. Do i have a malfunction battery? I remember when i first plugged in my controller i also plugged, at the same time, the battery, is it possible that i've come to damage my battery?

Sorry to hear that. May I know if you are using the original charger of DJI? Do you have a different battery to test so that we can isolate issue? If it is convenient for you, kindly provide a short video showing the issue so that I can check it on my end. You can upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here.
