Every time ive tried to post a concern on this forum it has been censored and given no support.

It could be since certain people are so used to censorship in their country.  In the USA we have zero tolerance.

Still wondering why I was charged at the time of purchase AND at the time of shipping which overdrafted my account. Im guessing its useless.

Not sure why that would be censored, clearly that is a mistake.  I wasn't double charged.  Just call them on the phone and open a ticket, no reason to complain on the forum.

Also criticizing a company because of how thigs are run in their home country is not really fair. Yeah you are pissed about an unresolved issue but thats no excuse.
