The Spanish ENAIRE, air navigation centre, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ENAIRE) has an excellent web site which covers both permanent and temporary NFZs in Spain.
Current regulations, in English, are available here:
https://www.enaire.es/services/d ... s_for_flying_drones
The main map (in Spanish) for drone limitations is available here:
https://drones.enaire.es/
It asks for a few questions on the first use, if you don't speak Spanish then click:
Inicio -> Recreativo -> VLOS o FPV -> No -> Entre 250gr y 2Kg -> Diurno -> No -> Dibujar zona de vuelo en el mapa
Basically Standard drone, no video or pics and day only flight.
DJI must incorporate all these data as I'm notified when in any of the zones and sometimes grounded.
What I would say is that national parks are prohibited for drones, and indicted by ENAIRE, however on one occasion I was in the Sierra Nevada national park and though I had to click to accept responsibility DJI Go 4 didn't stop me from flying. |
