Dear Forum,

Reading the User Guide (May 2018 version), It suppose to work by just long pressing RTH button on the controller. However, wha tis really doing is sending back the aircraft to the place it took off.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Have all a nice and safe flight,

Every time you that you take of your MA records a new Home Point so the RTH returns on this new point. I think that only if you choose return to the controller position will solve your problem

Thanks for responding. I believe it should be a way to upate the home point. Just because in the map we can dinamically see the current location when we are moving (walking) after taking off.

This feature should be added - the spark has it.

Yes, it’s very necessary. I mean, that make us do the landing more easy when we are moving during flight.

Hi,

In the DJI Go App you can set a new HP, new point is your location of the mobile device.

So you can takeoff one position, walk 300 meters (or more ofcourse :-) )and set the new HP to your new current position.
Works only if your mobile device has a good reference of that position, so try out first after takeoff before you start to walk away.....

cheers

Hi. Thanks for replying my post. It seems like we can update the HP if we have the controller connected to a mobile phone..

Best,

the accuracy is better in took off point, other than newly selecting points for RTH

Now imagine doing that when you took off from land but you are controlling it from a boat!
