Notice towards the end the hatch is open on top of the tank, wonder if someone forgot to close it, or they are letting rain and birds fill it up !!!

Not sure, it is a neighboring town and heard they were painting so I went next day and it was completed.

Thanks, I think I have my piloting skills down, but this video editing is taking some time....and I switched software to Final Cut Pro X
