Very low resolution pictures and video are always saved with the same high resolution picture.  How can you prevent these files from being created and saved?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding your concern, if you don't want to have the cache video and photo you can just disable the video caching and enable the auto sync HD photo from DJI Go 4 app. Please check the screenshot below.

I do want to sync files to smartphone SD.  I don't want the duplicate low resolution file.

anyone knows how to fix this problem. Only happens with quickshot videos!!?
