Hi anyone else have this issue? Drone was working well, I had used two batteries then after changing to the third the gimabal stopped working. It appears to be completely dead, camera and drone seems to be working fine. I recharged used batteries and tried them with no luck. Very frustrating as I need it operational for work

Did you try to reset the gimbal from the app?

You can upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here. You can also calibrate the gimbal using the APP. Kindly restore the settings and refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic. Yes stayed on 10% and that was it

Try a Firmware refresh using Assistant 2, Make sure you install the batteries to ensure they have latest firmware.

I think that the only thing to do is to open a ticket with DJI.... sorry
