Hello, I am having troubles unlocking the "Enhanced Warning Zone" in MOA BIG BEAR, MI in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. After it warns me of the location and I click "OK" that I have assumed the responsibilities, it still does not allow me to move on. Ironically, when I'm on the Self Unlocking page for DJI, whenever I click on an enhanced warning location it does not tell me that unlocking this type of zone is not needed, but also will not populate the box titled "Select a Zone to Unlock".

Am I missing something with these Enhanced Warning Zones?

I have to laugh, at my own reply here.

Perhaps try reloading the app? ;-)

Not sure that would make any difference, but it may.

Delete your internet cache and cookies and reboot the device, before reloading the app.

Are you sure there isn't an overlapping zone that you didn't notice, such as Octonagon?

When I click on the green pin "MOA BIG BEAR, MI" it does not tell me that this location does not need unlocking like a standard warning zone

FYI, this is the exact location of my flight, no overlapping warning zones

I did not get a screenshot, however I did remove and reinstall the app, I will try again on Friday

I want you to get back to enjoying your drone as soon as possible.

Glitches happen, lots of things can go wrong. But it’s a simple fix if it works.

It’s too bad we can’t just update the app, not unlike when we refresh a webpage.

You say "Nothing populates this box when I click on the green pin titled MOA BIG BEAR, MI."  That's because it's green.  A green pin does not require unlocking because it's already unlocked.  It's just a warning area.  There are no DJI restrictions.  To be clear, I am referring to the color of the pins, not the color of the shaded zone.

You have to click on a yellow pin to populate the box.  

If I was in your predicament, I would try clicking on the closest yellow pin, self unlock, and see what happens.  I think it's possible the restriction zone for that area expands out further than what you see on the screen, but I doubt it.

If you're still stuck, then I'd request a custom unlock from DJI.
