I have only been using a Mavic Pro drone since August just gone.

I have just brought a Huawei M3 Mediapad 32gb to use with my Mavic Pro. All is working OK, but I am not able to shoot film above 1080. When I try 2.7 to 4K, it starts for a few seconds & then turns off?

Does anyone know what to look for at all? Is there something I am missing here?

I've installed App Version 4.3.2

The firmware to V.01.04.0300 on both the Mavic pro & controller too.

I can use any Android Developer options on the tablet too.

Any advice will be very helpful thanks.

Maybe try another (better) SD card - it could be as easy as that.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry to hear about the trouble. Regarding that, I would suggest giving a try to use a different SD card just like the previous reply said and make sure you have a good type of SD card you can check this Image for recommended SD card.

I'm using a Samsung 64GB Evo XC I, if that helps?

Any chance of trying a different mobile device just to check?

I do not know that SD card personally, but when I see what others think about it, it's not efficient enough for 4K. What I use for myself is a Sandisk Extreme PLUS card. It's a little spicy but it is capable of 4K without any problems.

Yeah, to be honest I think I just grabbed a spare 64gb card I had lying around. I think it's older gen & pre 4K compatible tech. Reading more I don't think it's geared up for anything like 4K usage.

I've never had anything that needs 4K compatibility.
