My Mavic Pro's quality is really bad, i'm recording in 4k 30fps but whenever I view the videos on my computer the quality is HORRID, what can I do to fix this?

Reset the camera.

Upgrade your computer

Check that your memory card is genuine (many fakes around online) and of a suitable recording speed.

Upload a sample video. Make sure you take the video from the SD card of the drone, not your mobile phone.

Show us a little sample of one of your poor video quality video.

Upload an original video from the SD card to Dropbox or Google Drive, then post the link here.

As others have suggested, upload a copy of your Video.  Or at least, define "Bad."  Pixelated??  Stuttering?  Lagging??  A bit more detail is needed.  If I try to play back a 4K video on my computer just by viewing it, mine will lag also until I render the video.  Can we get a bit more information??

Pretty much everything, I looks like 720p,  its really unstable, its jerky. Pretty much everything is "bad"

I will provide a video. What do you mean format the sd card, I havent done that at all.

Am i supposed to take the sd card out and put it into my computer becauseI have just been plugging the drone in with a cord and importing the stuff

Hi there, what I mean is, you can take off your SD card and put it in a card reader and then format your SD card directly to a PC.

Well, your computer seems to be fine. It is possible that the main problem is the SD card. Do you have a different SD card that you can try so that we can isolate the issue?

hey, I see a setting on the actual mavic to format the card, will this work or do I have to do it on my computer?

It will work fine.

Why on the Mavic video are we seeing the props so much?  Are you in sport mode or do you have your camera adjustment aimed way up?  On My computer, video looks fine and its a SurfacePro.  What kind of monitor are you using?  Most computers cannot handle 4k video yet, believe Mac can.

I have no idea, gimbal wasnt aimed up i dont think, my monitor is a 34 inch 21:9 1080p

I downloaded the clip to my computer to watch it - that way I eliminate the Google compression.
I saved it on a SSD and watched it without any problems except for annoying propellers. I'm sure the camera was pointed up.
The file was 4K *.MOV primarily to be used on MACs.
I do believe that some regular hard drives (not SSD) may struggle with these amounts of data.

EDIT: This was 4K (4096x2160) at 24FPS - not as mentioned in top post 4K (3840x2160) 30FPS

I watched your recording on my Mac and actually, with the movie itself is nothing wrong. As already said by others, I also believe your gimbal was pointing up since normally you should not see the propellors. More than happy to help is anything else is needed.

If this can help I am still a rookie and this is what I've done:
Took SD CARD from mavic, insert in a sd card reader on my pc , windows 10.

Extract the video to a folder: SSD disk. Size is 3840x2160 @29.97 fps

I uploaded it to youtube, this is the render:
