Something is not right with FW: unknown version. You must try to correct this issue using DJI Assistant software, but stay away from recent .0200 version, which is somehow troubled for now. Try to install .0100 version instead. If succeed, you'll end up with something like that (except for RC firmware - .0120 is for Cendence radio, .0020 for standard). Ignore requirements for upgrade to .0200!

How this happen??!! What do you mean "automatically"? There's is no such thing if you don't allow it to happen. Whatever, you can roll back to .0100 using Assistant software, but don't worry about it for now. Try to borrow faster device like iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro for testing first.

Hi, Sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would recommend restoring factory defaults and refresh the firmware of your Inspire 2 using the DJI Assistant 2. Please ensure that the camera is connected while using the DJI Assistant 2. After using the application, you can try to re-link the AC to the RC to see if the issue will persist. Please see the link for you to download the application on a computer.
