Is this able to be switched off within the options menu? Did have a browse but couldn't see anything.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding your question, Unfortunately, we don't have that option to turn off the charging when using an android since it's normal to have that way.

I hope they allow disabling it or at least changing it to only charge when the phone battery is at 20% or similar.

It's not possible due to Android operating system.
