Hello! I have an iphone 11 and my osmo mobile (1st gen) gives me an error: Turn on Bluetooth of your phone. Go back to DJI GO to reconnect. After doing this I keep getting the same error

I had the exact same problem! I removed the bluetooth pairing, uninstalled the DJI Go software from my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and reinstalled. Everything worked after. The only problem Is that my phone seems too heavy for the OSMO 2. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

I CAN FIX the problem between iPhone 11 Pro and Mobile Osmo II

Settings
General
Iphone Storage (don't know the exact translation from Spanish)
Search DJI GO and tap it
Erase app (not uninstall)

This will erase all your DJI Go App, settings and all other content you have storaged there. A REAL ERASE

Reboot iPhone and turn off dpi Cosmo mobile 2

know go to APP STORE, download DJI GO a follow the instructions

Ich habe mein Osmo Mobile 2 an mein neues IPhone 14 pro anschließen wollen. Bluetooth geht nich, im IPhone wird Bluetooth erkannt und ist verbunden, in der App DJI GO wird die Verbindung nicht erkannt. Also das gleiche Problem wie alle hier. Offensichtlich gibt es keine Lösung für das Problem von Seiten DJI, oder?
