In my initial application for my certificate, I made an error for my DOB. I edited and cirrected.
When Iacra showed that a certificate was issued, it showed the application number and date WITH a correct DOB.
I rec'd my official card today with an incorrect DOB. Everything else is ok.

How do I correct this?
