Did you upgrade all your batteries along with Mavic Air firmware? My suggestion is fully charge all your batteries, factory reset your drone and refresh firmware along with each battery, try to fly again and see if it happens. I does not reuse my battery to fly after first flight with it even it still has 60% left. Godo luck.

It will depend on how long the drone was left to discharge. It very much can be.

As the battery will discharge naturally when not in use and the longer it is left the less charge will actually be in the cells but this will not always show initially when starting up the drone hence why sudden, huge voltage drops can occur when taking off with partly charged batteries.
Imagine a clenched fist being held tight, as the charge dissipates the fist will loosen and whilst appearing to still be closed it will open very easily when used. That analogy is the best one to describe charging these batteries which is why it is important to not only fully recharge the battery to 100% before flight to show an accurate voltage reading during flight but also to use the fully charged battery typically within 24 hours of the charge although many will fly the same day. I also let the drone hover for a good minute in front of me before pitching forward as voltage drops tend to happen early in flight and am gentle on the sticks for the first few minutes of each flight - especially in colder climates of <5c. This may explain why I have never experienced a voltage drop with any of the eight DJI drones I have owned and have flown them in temperatures from -10c to +35c.

Cool - and fully recharge it. Voltage drops occur more prominently in flight when in full throttle/pitch as the most power is being used from the battery at that time.

It would be worthwhile upping the log to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
for analysis, may help prove / disprove a possible faulty battery.

When DJI release a new firmware for a drone, there may be a chance that battery also getting update for its smart chip for controlling battery such as estimate fly time, control auto discharge... Usually for consumers drones or enterprise drones, the battery will be updated along with the firmware. You can hear about firmware incompetent due to different batteries firmware with the drone. So my suggetion is fully charge your batteries and update firmware for drone using Assistant 2 on PC or Mac, repeat the steps with all of the batteries (refresh firmware) and they all get update. Safe flights.

With my case, it may show 10.5V if my battery below 30%. Can you check each battery voltage? May be you can try deplete the battery and fully charge about 4 hours and check again. Good luck

Yes, update its controller chip's firmware. Most of DJI drone's batteries are smart batteries and that chip control the charging, discharging, estimating time and also provide data from each cell inside the battery. Have safe flights!
