Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. Please try to restore the setting to factory defaults of your built in screen and let us know if the issue is still the same. For the Phantom 4 Pro + remote controller with built-in screen, launch the DJI GO app, enter “System Settings”, go to “Backup & reset” and tap “Restore Factory Defaults”, or launch DJI Assistant 2 and go to “Basic Settings” -> “Settings” -> “Restore Factory Defaults”.
