Problem with my Mavic Pro Platinum, what should I do before sending to DJI?

Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. Please calibrate the VPS using DJI assistant 2. You can download the software here: (https://www.dji.com/mavic-pro-platinum/info#downloads). Please connect your Mavic Pro Platinum to a USB cable and connect it to your PC. Open DJI Assistant 2 - Select your drone - Log in to your account - choose  Calibration on the left side and follow the instruction on the screen. My phantom 4 pro is saying vision system error. I have calibrated it several times and it is still saying that. What do I do???
