Well DJI have not been able to help me get my flight data back, I fly a Spark and Mavic pro and data has gone for all..!!!! It still shows flight points but nothing else...I refresh flight data after every flight to keep not drones upto date but this has done nothing, DJI said if I refresh everything should come back?? Not a prayer...all my flight records gone....and don't know why....anyone had this problem

Hi there, just to verify, do you refer to the flight records in the App, right? If yes, you may refer to the tutorial to sync the flight records after flying. If the flight records have been synced successfully, you may click the cloud icon to get them even changed to another mobile device.
