Said it was updating update froze, Mavic remote and phone all work when link goggles no connection. Putting Mavic in bind mode or button whatever just stays stuck and controller keeps saying connecting but googles say make sure Mavic is ready to link something to that nature. Please help

Thanks for getting back to us. Just to verify, is there any error message when the Goggles' firmware update failed? Could you clarify which step are you stuck with and upload the screenshot for better assistance? Alternatively, you may download the DJI Assistant 2 from the corresponding product page, reinstall and update again to check. Please keep us updated on the latest progress, thanks so much!
