Just purchased an X4s and took it out for a spin the other day. The focus seems to be stuck to close focus. Tried manually focusing and auto and both not working. With autofocus sometimes I get a red square and sometimes get a green one.
The wide shot in the air you can see is all soft.

The picture from the ground you can see is in focus as the focus is set to very near.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Yes this is happening in every picture. I would love to send the original but its a DNG raw file and can't upload on the forum as its too big?! Can I send it to you directly?

I've reset the camera settings multiple times and as I say I've tried to autofocus and manual focus.





These are me trying to focus as well at F2.8 and its not doing anything.
