Has anyone else had a problem like this:  when I try to fly my Mavic 2 Zoom, I have to use the USB port in the bottom if I am using my phone.  When I try to use the port in the side, it does not work.  It does however, work for charging.  

Have you got a different cable you can try ?
Edit: Or some other device you can use with the cable to transfer data.

Thank you for that advice. I used the OTG cable from my phantom in that port and it worked.  So how do I get DJI to send me a working cable?
