got my new Tello with the gamesir controller and it would never connect to gamesir
so I just started using my phone and was doing pretty good with it .. but!
now the sticks on my phone will just stop working in mid filght!!!!
it still has the other functions but can not steer it.. shut it off and reboot all is good
lucky I have not lost it yet in a runaway.. anyboby know whats going on???

In regard to gamesir issue, can you find controller's Bluetooth signal under " Bluetooth Controller Setting" In APP? If no, for android user, please allow the app to access location info on your mobile device. If persists, since T1D's tech support would be provided by the manufacturer. We respectfully recommend you the right support of Gamesir -  dj@xiaoji.com.

As to control issue in the APP, may I know how far it can fly before the sticks stop working?
If the distance is quite short, have you upgraded lateset APP version and tried another mobile device in the recommended device list ?

I have same issue, can’t believe the iphonexs isn’t supported (the reason I was given on support page) very disappointing, £100 thrown away. I’m Looking at Captain drones YouTube channel for alternative drones.
