Resurrecting this thread. Has anyone noticed any issues with Catalina? Had an issue with an older MacBook running 10.15.1. It might have been the computer- it was one of the early 12" laptops with only one USB-C connector. Not sure if the unit is TB3 compatible. I still run Mojave on my systems and the units work on that OS. Just curious if anyone can confirm that Catalina works as well on a desktop or more current laptop?

I have Catalina on my iMacPro and MacBook Air and works perfectly with the CineSSD TB3.
Cine SSD TB does not work with USB-C sockets.

Thanks for the info- it must be his computer.

FYI, all Thunderbolt 3 connections are USB-C sockets. USB-C is the physical interface. The data protocol can be different, however. It can either be USB 3.1g2 or TB3 or both.
