Hi, thanks for the inquiry. Regarding your concern, you may actually do the Sphere Panorama. Just simply go to camera settings > click panorama and then the sphere. Okay, I find the built-in software in the app to be quite complicated. Which is why I use a free Microsoft software called Image Composite Editor (ICE) and play around with settings and options to get the best results. Please feel to contact me if you need any help. Thanks

In response to DJI Natalia, thank you for the help. I watched the video, and upon trying it out on my Spark, I noticed that only the “single photo” option was present, and it was highlighted in blue. Is there a reason I can’t access Panorama or any of the other modes?

Make sure you aren't on Sport mode and make sure you're under 400 feet.

I was at 260 feet and not in sort mode

Make sure the app is updated and the drone firmware. After that I'm not sure.
