For the Error 005_000”/"003_005", you are correct, the error displays when the file is installed in the wrong path, it is recommended to change the installation path and avoid installing in the system disc.
For the RC of Inspire 2, we have stated clearly in the FAQ that this RC is not in the supported list, appreciate your understanding.[view_image][Image]

As previously stated, the Inspire 2 utilizes LightBridge 2 which is built into the RC. Additionally, the Enterprise version of DJI Flight Simulator unlocks the ability to fly the Inspire 2 drone so by your explanation anyone who pays $1,500 USD for the overpriced DJI Flight Simulator Enterprise version is then forced to utilize a Phantom or Mavic RC? You're incorrect. The Inspire 2 RC works properly on the DJI Flight Sim for me from the first attempt without any modifications to the install, PC, or controller.

I apologize for being coarse, but I'm going to stick by my initial recommendation of returning to flight school for a refresher. I'm not the DJI employee here, just a Pilot and Developer.

If one is not careful misinformation becomes the true definition of internet forums.

Everything is working perfectly but can't nt see gallery. Any ideas how do we view recorded footage?

Im getting  Error 005_001 {000/0100} error.. cant get past the splash screen.. doesnt matter what I do.. 2PC's!

I have this exact same issue. Any solution?

I started the simulator and my drone immediately flew away to never be seen again..... wow! the realism is so amazing.

The lists in post 21 (FAQ 5) look to be correct at present, I can get it to work with my P4 RC but not my Mavic Pro RC. All that is needed is my P4 connected via its micro usb port (finally a use for it) to PC USB, the flight simulator running on computer, and you log into your DJI account on Sim'. I'm hoping that when the Mavic 2 controllers are supported that the Mavic Pro might also work.

LOL, Yep, NOW I will stop bitching about what the micro port is for !!!

Jeez, good thing I just upgraded to a 1060 card = "Recommended" GPU.

It's sweet on a 1080TI ;-)

I would guess that their guidelines for GPU are probably fairly accurate, CPU & RAM maybe not quite so critical.

Imagine that, DJI supplying software that doesn’t work...

Here is what I would like to know? Is Dji getting in to computers now? So not only the Dji assistant 2 don't work on the mavic air remote and it DOSE NOT work on the SIMULATOR. So if we want to use the simulator or Dji assistant we have to jump through hoops to do it. Im not blocking nothing on my computer nor will I do any more of there updates.  That's bull that we have to load up are computers with a bunch of junk to get there updates. Don't know about a lot of other people on here but I don't make 100,000 a year and I'm not going to go buy a computer just for Dji!

Hi Bernie_S, we have verified with our engineers that this is the false alarming by the Antivirus software, as long as the Flight Controller is downloaded from DJI official website, please don't worry and continue to run it.

Not so easy for me: Avira puts DJI_FS.exe in quarantine immediately after installing Flight Simulator. So, no luck trying to run it.

I turned off Avira to install Flight Simulator, but every time I restart the computer, Avira turns on itself and put the installed DJI_fs.exe in quarantine. And  it makes no sense having an antivirus disabled all the time...

We are so sorry about this situation, it should be a false-recognization of the virus, as long as the software is downloaded from our online store, it is safe and no worries.

Hi peeps i have installed this and it is showing the mavic controller but a cannot select it ?

If it can serve to somebody :
I succeeded to run almost correctly (graphic=high 30 fps - 1080) DJI Flight Simulator V 1.3.0.1 with 2 Macintosh running Windows 8.1 Virtual PCs under Parallels V13 or V14 with a Mavic Air RC.
Trees in motion stay a little jerky, but sticks dynamics are good and with good settings, I can run with Tripod like movements...

My "not working" problem has been that the default graphic mode is "full screen" and it needs to be "windows" for RC beeing recognized !! Second problem : all Windows 8.1 updates must be run to have the correct DLLs.

My Macs are :
-MacBook Pro 2017 running MacOS High Sierra
-Mac Pro 2014 running MacOS High Sierra

Hope it can be useful to these staying sad not to see DJI FS released for Apple...

Finally got it working on an older Windows 7 system running an Nvidia GTX 770 gfx card on original drivers. Took multiple cycles of futzing around, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling various crap but now it finally all works. Can’t believe this is (for now, anyway...) free!
