While updating to V01.00.0100 The controller updated just fine, the Mavic 2 PRO went to 4% and has been stuck there for over 20 minutes.  What now????

UPDATE: Jut went to 5%. Does it really take this long??????

If you are using dji assistant 2 for mavic software, don't turn on the controller

No, I am doing it through the DJI Go4 app. My mavic battery was at 50% and the controller was at 75%. Now the Mavic is at 12% and the controller at 46%. Unless this thing starts to pick up some speed it will not finish. Then what? I have never had an update take this long.I started with the controller update and that went pretty fast, the Mavic update is takign forever.

Do it via Dji assistant 2 it flys with the update via a PC

The firmware update process would depend on the internet connection, however, if you encounter a problem with the firmware update, I would recommend downloading the DJI Assistant 2 to your computer for better updating the firmware of your aircraft. Hi. I am trying to refresh the firmware on my Mavic Pro using DJI Assistant 2.  Battery fully charged, device recognised, latest Assistant version. It gets stuck at 50%.  Just sits there. Interenet connection isn't great (I am in Australia) but th actual download was pretty fast.  Am I doing something wrong, or should I just leave it until I am told to update the firmware via the App? Perhaps refresh isn't required?  I just got ythe drone second hand, so thought it best to update everything.
