With all due respect the new Mavic 2 firmware makes the APAS not work. The support on the phone is terrible as they all thought it was the drone, after downgrading to the previous firmware the APAS worked, upgrading to new and even refreshing the new version still made no difference the APAS is not working. Also receiving false gimbal overheat motor errors

The new version give's me trouble with android p20 lite phone.

#Quick Reply Here#The new version give's me trouble with android p20 lite phone. regarding version 4.3.4. android.  I can only fly about 50 meters and than get a bad signal and return to home. Going back to 4.3.2. solved the problem. A lot of fellow spark pilots have the same issue.

I hope I can install this, I want to make a review about it.

Worked the first time.

FYI - Last week I turned on my Phantom 4 Pro and DJI go4 app on ipad mini 4 and got notification to upgrade geo defencing on app and bird. Updated and then controller and Phantom no longer
communicate. Support had me try various things in an attempt to reconnect - nothing, then they thought it might be the motherboard!!!!! It is on the way to California for repair - was not prepared for that!
Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Our engineers are keeping optimizing the experience of App. There are some recommended mobile devices that have been tested and the stability can be ensured, you may check the list in the corresponding product page.

I'm having a connectivity problem with my Galaxy Note 8, I called DJI's tech support in Brazil because I'm Brazilian, they said there are several reports of lack of communication with the cell phone and the drone simply does not connect to the aircraft, S8, S9, S9 +, Note 8 and Note 9, I did all the procedures that were possible, enabled usb debugging, changed the data transmission protocol that is MTP, frmatei the cell phone erased the application cache I uninstalled the application re-installed again, I updated the drone version, I put the android 7.1 I did the same procedures did not work I formatted the cell phone again and put the android 8.0 did not work I ended up giving up because I did all possible procedures thinking that the problem was with my cell phone, and now I enter the forum and see this news, is this update to solve this problem? because if it is not to solve it is better not even leave because Samsung is a huge company how can lack compatibility with these devices? who ends up in the loss is the consumer because I will have to buy another phone to fly in my Phantom 4 Pro and in Brazil everything is much more expensive is 4 times more expensive than in the US and was very frustrated with this APK.




Estou com problema de conectividade com o meu Galaxy Note 8, liguei para a assistência tecnia da DJI no brasil porque eu sou Brasileiro, eles disseram que há varios relatos de falta de comunicação com o celular e o drone simplesmente não conecta na aeronave, S8, S9, S9+, Note 8 e Note 9, fiz todos os procedimentos que eram possíveis, ativei a depuração usb, alterei o protocolo de transmissão de dados que é o MTP, frmatei o celular apaguei a memoria cache do aplicativo desinstalei o aplicativo voltei a instalar novamente, atualizei a versão do drone, coloquei o android  7,1 fiz os mesmos procedimentos não funcionou formatei novamente o celular e coloquei o android 8.0 não funcionou acabei desistindo porque eu fiz todos os procedimentos possíveis achando que o problema era com o meu celular, e agora entro no fórum e vejo essa noticia, essa atualização é para resolver esse problema ? porque se não for para resolver é melhor nem sair, pois a Samsung é uma empresa enorme como pode faltar compatibilidade com esses aparelhos ? quem acaba saindo no prejuízo é o consumidor pois terei que comprar outro celular para voar no meu Phantom 4 Pro e no brasil tudo é bem mais caro é 4 vezes mais caro que no EUA eustou muito frustrado com esse APK.

I flew a mission today and the Logs are in the DJI Flight Log Folder but they are not updating to AirdataUav.

To get the Go4 App I had to download the APK file and thought this may be the problem

Hi SLaU, sorry for the late response. May I know what's the current App version do you use? Could you upload a short video of your operation? According to your description, I'm afraid that it is hard to locate the exact status, you may change to another iOS device to verify if applicable, thank you!

Also, the DJI GO 4 for CrystalSky has been optimized and the stability can be ensured. It is recommended to reset the CrystalSky and update the App separately from here: DJI GO 4 App> "Me"> "Settings" and click "Check for Update", then follow the steps to update.

I fly Inspire 1 V2.0 and have just tried to produce my first video on the standard DJI Go app. After editing together and saving the footage I ran into a terrible problem. When I go from "album" to "create" it takes me back to the raw footage instead of the saved files I sat aside to create my film. When I hit manage in the "create" footage all I get is the option to delete. From looking at the You tube videos my editor has none of the features of the apps on you tube. I'm guessing I need to go to the DJI 4 Go App. In the meantime I'm stuck with my first movie on my Ipad with no idea how to get it off.  When I hit the pencil edit it has no way to slice the images I want to select. It is driving me crazy. It's great to fly with but editing videos is an ongoing nightmare. When will the Go app be updated for the new 12.9 inch iPad pros that were released a couple of weeks ago?

Does this version work with Razer Phone/Razer Phone 2? I connected it via USB Micro to USB C on the phone, and I get nothing

When did they advertise your claim? Get a grip on what you say, or provide print that proves your claim. Simple. Waypoints with Spark? Really? Never! Keep dreaming.

Google play now shows versions vary (per device)? Maybe I need glasses - how will APKmirror keep up?

I do not know what you mean. I have no spark but a mavic 2pro and there are no waypoints except in hyperlapse mode.

My app is the latest version on my S9 + and I still can't update my firmware on my mavic 2 zoom. Is somebody doing something about that? Constant messages about disconnecting both on 4g and wireless. I had the same message before and had to use my pc to update.

Thank you - my only advise is to find a version that works & turn off video cache & enter air plane mode. Then connect via wifi.  I'm too scared to use later versions as they are unreliable with Spark, maybe other devices as well?  I hope you have better luck!
