May I know which DJI product do you use? And what trouble do you encounter when using Galaxy S8? It will be better to upload the issue video, I'll forward to our engineers to analyze.

I wuold to buy a mavic 2 zoom, has it problems with my huawei also i have the android version 6.0?

Vamos en la versión 4.3.10 y siguen los problemas de conexión. Después de unos minutos sencillamente se pierde conexión. En días pasados el dron simplemente se estrelló causando averías y Dji se hace de la vista gorda con estos problemas. Si sus productos no son seguros ni brindan estabilidad que publiquen en su página informando de estos errores para que cada usuario tome la decisión o no de adquirir sus productos.

Hi Nebuchadnezzar, the new version V4.3.4 will be released soon, thanks for your attention. For the RC charging the mobile device, we're sorry that it is a feature of Android devices, there is no option to disable it. Sorry about this.

What version of the DJI Go 4 app should Cendence/Crystal Sky users be using?  You should be developing the updates to for your DJI Crystal Sky user first, then apple and android 2nd..

Hi pkendall, at present, it is available to update the DJI GO/DJI GO4 for CrystalSky separately, you may update it from here: App> "Me"> "Settings" and click "Check for Update", then follow the steps to update.

no, I am experience random LOS and aircraft disconnect when it shouldn't be doing it and I've read it has something to do with the fireware.

May I know which drone do you use and what's the estimated range when the aircraft disconnect? You may change to another open field and adjust the antennas to verify.

The app is still not in french for android

I'm running Android 5.1.1 and I am guessing I have 2GB memory, it is a 2016 tablet. When my drone gets over 10 meters from the controller, I get a message saying the drone is out of video transmission range and the screen freezes. I guess that may be related to having only 2 GB of memory. Now, after the latest release of the NFZ update, my drone says I'm in a No Fly Zone although I am not. I reported the mapping error but when I did the authorization to fly (In my apartment) when I returned to the fly screen, the area one views the camera's view is blacked out. The local Samsung stores have Android 9.0 in their stock. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you  very much.
