I took my Mavic Air to the UK and used it on a 3 day hike along the Cleveland Way trail on the NE coast. I'm happy enough with the shots, however I can't seem to be able to render the video in a decent quality format. I'm using an older version of Adobe Premiere pro, I really don't know much about the video formatting and compression. Any quick ideas? Thanks!

I guess this is video from your device, and not from the SD card or internal memory. Either that or you recorded or rendered in a very low resolution. Only use the files from SD card or internal memory, and don't go below 1080p resolution.
The video is already edited. So I assume either the old version of Adobe Premiere Pro isn't able do manage HD material or the output is set to old SD format (720 px in width). Hopefully the camera was set to take videos at least in FullHD (1080 px in height).
