Hello guys,
Here to share another pic.
This one is an updown capture of a very sad and poor situation that people are forced to live in. A place where lacks everything, even the basics. No health, no safety, no education, no basic sanination, no opportunities.
Most of these people really work hard and honestly, but for decades, they've forgotten by corrupt and dirty politicians who just dont care at all. Its a shame!!!!!
Although their rough living situation they always find a way to have a big smile on their faces.

Wow puts things into perspective

Awesome capture.

We have the same slums in South Africa, stretching over many miles of empty spaces. Here, most are build of corrugated iron, carton boxes and plastic bags.
Every day, we see new "shacks" as we call it, rising up from the dust, more and more, filling the only open spaces that is left.
Many are inhabited by illegal immigrants mostly from Zimbabwe.
With us, they will smile, but you are always aware of a dangerous undertone, crime is bad and getting worse.
Corruption is a hobby here, the more the top people can take, tender or spend, the happier they are.

I truly feel ya. Its a shame how people can turn their backs to a huge social problem like this one.
Crime is a result of lack of opportunities, poverty and discrimination.

Besides the terrible corruption, unfortunatelly the world is worried about wasting money towards war. If a tenth of the war money went towards the poor, it wouldnt exist.

Love this type of shot. It's amazing how people of the world live and Brazil is a prime example of diverse living.
