A:  3+/day

Someone wasn’t paying 100% attention.  Or the tower were not sending the correct info to the pilots.

Not sure, so many possible variables...



Anyway, I hope this teaches other pilots a lesson in aviation safety...

That’s my exact sentiments as well.

This could have been so much worse, had it been a passenger airliner involved...
