Here is a short video of a very well known surf spot in the West Coast of Ireland called Easkey.

It is a very popular surf location the last few years with surfers travelling from all over the world to surf the 'gnarly' waves. This video doesn't do it justice.

The castle in the video is the remains of a castle known as 'Roslee Castle' which was built in 1207 and belonged to the O'Dowd Chieftains. The castle is 63 foot high with the highest point known as the 'Sailor's Bed'

The pier was built around 1884 at a cost of around £4000 (£4000 in 1922 was worth about €260,000 in 2017)

     Interesting video.  I can see the potential that Easky has to handle larger waves cleanly.  Is Easky in your operating area or was it a trip to get there?  A nice video for nice waves.

Yes i want to capture more surfing videos like this, just need to find a way to get into the water to get the waves cresting from in one of them.
