Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to mirror the camera view from the smart device connected to the remote controller so that the video feed can be viewed on two separate screens at the same time

If you can live with a screen mirror with all the telemetry data displayed you have following options:

- use a smart device with HDMI out port
- if you have an Apple device, use AirPlay to broadcast to other devices.
- Android -> Chromecast
- use a streaming service like Youtube or setup your own RTMP server
