Recently I have a problem of out of sudden, my mavic air is not saving the footage to my mobile phone automatically, for which I usually use them to share with my friends via whatsapp or wechat. I was wondering if it is due to the recent fitmware update or other setting problem. Can someone help me?
Hi Frank8006, thanks for reaching DJI Forum. We do apologize for the troubles you had recently, May we ask if you recently switch SD cards? If so, have you formatted the SD card? May we ask for the brand or make of your mobile device/tablet you are using? I will be posting some of the supported SD cards and mobile devices/tablet below. Thank you.
I was using my Samsung C9 Pro for more than half a year without problem. I just found the problem after I updated to the latest DJI firmware two days ago. I did not change my SD card too.
