So the new GS Pro is out, and some are saying that this is the Waypoints 2.0 that we've been waiting for, but, is it? GS Pro requires the purchase and use of an iPad, Waypoints 1.0 did not. GS Pro does not work on Dji's own monitor the CrystalSky. Didn't Waypoints 1.0 work on it as well? At the launch event for the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom, Waypoints 2.0 was not advertised as needing additional purchases of new hardware (an iPad). Finally, there was some Youtube video of a beta version of the Go4 app with Waypoints as an intelligent flight mode, not a standalone GS Pro app.

Could someone from Dji please clarify if we are going to receive the Waypoints 2.0 feature that is listed in the Mavic 2 Pro's owners manual as "coming soon," or if the new GS Pro is its replacement and the promised feature has been eliminated?

I hope it will record also the gimbal´s position as Litchi does.
