Mavic 2 Pro - Charging Hub problem

Hello DJI,

I received my new Mavic 2 Pro and Flymore bundle last night. Unfortunately, the charging hub only displays a solid red LED (apart from when first plugged in, then it is yellow for a few seconds).

I have tried:

1. multiple wall outlets - same issue
2. The power supply charges the battery when connected directly (not using the hub)

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? I would rather not go through a laborious returns process (via Amazon) when this could perhaps be resolved with a firmware update.

Tried a new approach....please remove the ‘*’ from the start of the URL and paste into a browser.
