Why does the mavic air remote not conect to my computer? I have removed assistant 2 and redown loaded it and it sill does not conect. I have version 1.2.4

I am using the cable that came with the remote the one dji supplies.

Ok now uninstalled and reinstalled and it still not working changed cables and nothing . It just stays on the opening screen.

Well the video didn't work and I still can't get in to assistant 2 for my remote! And I can't even use the simulator with the air remote!
