Tengo un RONIN-S al intentar usar el cable is solo funciono una vez inmediatamente despues ya no pude activar el boton de grabacion...ayuda por favor

Hi sorry for the difficulties on operating the Ronin-S, you are using the RSS-IR cable right? If yes, please point the infrared light to the camera's receiver vertically, the distance should be 1-3cm, you can use the small hook and loop strap to secure the RSS-IR control cable to the gimbal.
Then, please switch to Self-timer mode and ensure Bluetooth is turned off.
The most important, please select the Canon camera model in Create--Camera Control of the APP.
