Zenmuse Z15-GH4 upgrade fail

I have zenmuse z15-gh4. After upgrade to latest version firmware it dont work.
After initialization Gimbal leans to the right until it stops, and then it starts to make any sudden movements
How can I make downgrade?

Try using a different usb cable and then try installing the firmware again and see what happens

Try to  use hand to make the roll axis level when it tilts and  help the gimbal pan.  See if this can help.

Try my method above, if still doesn't help, I am afraid need to send the gimbal for repair

I found a temporary solution with Zenmuse Z15-Nex-7, A2 and Futaba 14SG. Very simple. Just have to found a DJI Cord and connect it between Zenmuse CGU and A2 PMU ports. Your channels will work in S-Bus. Just have to mapped your channels. Don't forget to mapped Zenmuse Mode one.

I think it's a firmware issue not a gimbal malfunctioning. Any way to downgrade to the previous firmware?

Oh, I am afraid I can't look up the status about the American RMA. You can cotact DJI US for more prompt help.

Hello,
Our platform is DJI S1000+, A2, Lightbridge with 2nd operator.
I have been using Zenmuse Z15GH4 for a while now and besides small horizont drifting, everything has been working fine, till yesterday. We made a firmware update for the Zenmuse Z15-GH4 version 1.12 and now it's acting like crazy – see the video below

We tried couple of times to update the firmware with full power cycle device w/o USB plugin etc, but with no results at all the times.
The Copter is perfectly balanced, the gimbal as well.
We calibrated IMU and tried to perform AUTO CALIBRATION Zenmuse, it beeps 2 times and starts calibration, but it fails and beeps 3 times at the end.
Badly, we need our copter for the job on tuesday and it's worthless right now...
Please help us!
