Hello guys! I’m going to Hawaii in December for two weeks! Does anyone have some suggestions where I should fly? I will go to the big island and o’ahu, and is it allowed to fly in the kualoa ranch? I heard that it’s a private property so we are not allowed to do that. Any of you have flight there? Thanks!

Hawaii is probably the worst place for a drone user. Unless you are not on Oahu, that is. Look at the drone resriction map of your choice for the oahu island area. So much RED!! The places that are not red are mostly unreachable due to terrain or blocked access or park restrictions.
The biggest problem can be weather. Winds are frequent and strong, and rains can literally apear out of nothing.
If you are going to kauai, maui, or the big island of hawai'i you should have more fun, but if you are only coming to oahu, it may not be worth bringing a drone.
