i have try many things , like uninstalling , several times . turn off the firewall , and a bunch more of thing but the assistant still  in waiting for backend to boot up  , and then start being really slow , i have try to connect the controller  and the drone with dji cable and another cable and nothing changed , sorry for my english .

So what exactly is happening? And on what platform are you installing it?

im using windows 10 , 64 bits .

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. Have you tried to delete and re-install the app? Did your drone turn on while using this application? Do you have a different computer to use for us to check? Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for the support.

yes i try delete and re-install ,  i dont have another computer , what you means with turn on while using this application ? the application not allow me to do anything , its to slow  

Try running the program with Run as administrator ... option - right mouse button click/menu on the icon dji assistant 2 for mavic

The only way to make the DJI Assistant 2  work on a PC running Windows 10 is to boot the PC with the option to allow to install NON DIGITAL SIGNED drivers. You can find a lot of instructions on YouTube... then the Assistant 2 v. 2.0.4 will work flawlessly!

Also check if there is no virus or firewall software blocking some ports

Disabled the  driver signature, disabled antivirus and firewall , run with adm privilages   , try different cables , try usb port 2.0 and 3.0 , unistall and install several times between this changes , and my mavic 2 still not recognize  in the dji assistant 2 for mavic app . my computer is recognizing the  memory in the drone  and etc but the dji assistant open and 3 -4 seconds later start slowing down and nothing happens .

  the go 4 app also not work the max % i reach is 30  and then discnoect again .

download assistant  v2.0.2  works great   m2pro!  I read 204 is for mav enterprise...YMMV

and one still has to use ass v1.2.4 for the goggles RE...

Had some trouble yesterday . Uninstalled and reinstalled both DJI A2 and App for the update to work.

Dji assistant won't work im using Windows 8.1 and firmware will not update from controller to mavic pro2 I got to 100% only once but then fail. I feel I have wasted £1350 The mavic pro I got rid of as camera issues but that did update firmware I think it's dji problem to sort out realy. Any ideas on how to make dji assistant  2 to work on 8.1

How do you handle to have both Assistants 2 ready (1.2.4 and 2.X)? First i had 2.X to update RC and Mavic2Pro, then i tried (according to sugestions from this forum) 1.2.4 for Goggles RE, but goggles are not recognised by Windows with “USB device not working correctly”. Any sugestion? Thanks a lot
