I have user1,2 and 3 set to different settings.

I followed this guide here: and also here for how to proper balance
I attached my balance test information. But I noticed on my other user1 and 2 settings it might say Excellent, Excellent, Good.

It malfunctioned pretty hard and almost whacked the camera off the dovetail quickplate.

I have the a7rII and 18-35mm 1.8 but I also tried a small yongnul 50mm 1.8 and it's so incredibly light but the gimbal will go bananas sometimes with it.

Is anyone else having this issue where the gimbal will struggle to spin or it just won't at all?

Sorry for the difficulties with Roll 360°, please tilt the device 45°, then check if the Power value of the Pan motor is in the range of +/-5, if not, the Pan axis will need to be balanced again.
Besides, please make sure the firmware has been updated to the latest version.
Did you try the Auto Tune and System Calibration?

Ok so I updated firmware, everything says excellent, excellent and excellent.
The issue I am having I think might be because my lens adapter is connected to the quick release plate and now the camera itself, making it slightly top heavy is the only thing I can think of.. It is a sony a7r ii with 18-35mm sigma, but the canon lens mount adapter has the 1/4" screw that i put onto my tripod usually.

Could this be the cause? A 1/2" tall giving it a weird center of gravity?
