I bought a new x5s without lens but there just seems to be stuff missing. The camera is there but no blue DJI refresh ads, white gel pack or SD card. I wouldnt think it would come with an SD card but the online shop said today that it shouldve had a 16g card. I could see the x5 having an SD card included but not the x5s. Can I run a SN by a DJI rep and see if it has been registered?

Hi Expy, may I know where did you purchase the gimbal? I have verified with the related team, SD card is not included in the package since the SD card is not inserted to the gimbal but the aircraft. Please post the serial number here so that I can check more details, thank you.

DJI Mindy gets things done! Thank You for the fast response again. I sent you the SN. Is there a DJI registration site or does the Go4 app register the camera? I can find the DJI care refresh page very easy but not just the plain registration.
