Hi,

Can anyone help. I've just activated the Cineraw & Prores licences for my Inspire 2 with X7 camera but I cannot see Apple ProRes RAW or Apple ProRes RAW HQ in the options. Which was the reason I paid the crazy price of the licence in the first place.

Hi Jason, as long as you have CinemaDNG license, Apple ProRes RAW and Apple ProRes RAW HQ would be available, please note the firmware must be V01.02.0200 or above and the DJI Go 4 must be 4.2.14 and above. Please check your versions.

Thanks Mindy, yes I realised I needed to update there firmware - now all sorted.
